My cocoon is of my own design. While there are others on etsy and around, i created my design to be as unique as something inspired by the very hungry caterpillar can be. I hope you love this set as much as i do.
These cocoons are made with a newborns desire to curl into a ball in mind. They are a bit shorter and wider so the baby can ball up inside while being held comfortable inside. The open stitching allows for being held while not overheating the baby inside. Little fingers and toes can pop through the stitches, showing precious little details. On first glance, my cocoons may appear small, but the stitch pattern allows for a good deal of stretching and is done in a precise way to hold your baby firmly. I have fit babies up to 10 lbs fully inside the cocoon and larger babies fit arms out of the cocoon.
