Hand painted and one of a kind, this 14"x72" batik satin scarf pays homage to Autumn in New England. Maple, oak, and beech tree leaves cascade down the scarf as if gliding through as a crisp autumn breeze.
Amber, copper, rust, and pumpkin tones combine with caramel, brown sugar, and hints of camel and coffee brown for a tasteful, glowing look that doesn't overpower.
Each individual leaf has been freehand painted using an eco-friendly batik process. Due to this special and attentive process, this design cannot and will not ever be exactly replicated.
The rich, luxurious silk satin has a buttery soft hand and beautiful sheen, allowing the colors of the scarf to subtly shift and change with the light.

--How This Was Crafted----
This one of a kind design was created using hot soy wax and professional grade, eco-friendly silk dyes. The scarf has been painted entirely freehand, and is truly a unique work of wearable art.
---Care Instructions----
To care for your new scarf, dry clean or hand-wash in cold water with a drop of mild soap. Rinse, and blot dry with a soft towel. When silk is just slightly damp, iron on the backside on low setting. A small care card is included with each purchase.
----Quality---
All of my scarves are made to last a lifetime. They are painted with professional-grade silk dyes, then steam set for five hours for ultimate performance and wear. Unlike paints that sit on the surface of the silk, dyes chemically bond with the silk fibers during the steaming process, yielding the most brilliant colors possible.
