Cape Measurement: 16"x18"
Mask is made from quality felt to fit a 16.5" infant head circumference (it is fitted with elastic so very easily will fit any baby, but if you want a custom size please send the exact measurement of your baby's head circumference)
This cape can also be made to fit a toddler. Please specify though if you are wanting it for a toddler and not a newborn or infant.
