At Catseye Vintage is this gorgeous red lace cocktail party dress ~ Circa 1950s.

Classic New Look styling with beautifully fitted and darted bodice, nipped waist and full gathered skirt with a 92" bottom sweep.
The fabric is an exquisite red Chantilly lace - the sleeves and back of the bodice are lined with silky feeling red fabric with the front bodice lining a "sweetheart" style leaving the upper bodice unlined as pictured.
The front neckline is embellished with faux pearls and rhinestones accented with coordinating silver and red braid as pictured.
The full skirt falls from the nipped waist with a straight front and gathered back as pictured. There is an inner skirt of the same silky red fabric as is used to line the bodice.
Zips up the center back with an 18" metal zipper.
Designer Label - None. This appears to be commercially made.
CONDITION:
Vintage Excellent ~ There are no stains, odors, discoloration, fading, snags, holes, picks or missing rhinestones or faux pearls. There are some well done old repairs to the bodice lining at the seams and underarm areas which are not visible from the outside.
There are no size tags. Based on the measurements below, I'd say this would best fit a modern Small to Medium.
