TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REDEEMING GIFT CERTIFICATES

1. REDEMPTION: To redeem the gift certificate, the recipient simply has to select OTHER as the payment option at check-out and enter the CERTIFICATE CODE in the notes to seller at the time of purchase. If the item(s) they are purchasing exceeds the gift certificate value, they will receive a JenSan Candles invoice via Paypal for the difference. All instructions on redeeming certificate will be provided to recipient.

2. SPECIAL AMOUNT GIFT CERTIFICATE: If you would like to purchase a gift certificate for an amount not currently available in the JenSan Candles store, please let us know by using the contact JenSan Candles button and we will happily list the option for your to purchase.

3. Gift Certificate is non transferable and can only be redeemed by the recipient.

4. Gift certificates can only be used to purchase products at the jensancandles.etsy.com online store and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. RECIPIENT CANCELLATION: Purchaser or gift certificate recipients can cancel their gift certificate within 30 days of the purchase date and have funds refunded to the purchaser. After that date, the sale is final and cancellation is not accepted.

6. GIFT CERTIFICATE EXPIRATION DATE: Gift certificates do not carry an expiration date.
