These Guinea feathers have been gathered from the ground after being naturally molted from our free range Pearl Guinea fowl. We have an ample amount of beautiful feathers so we can be picky when choosing feathers to sell (in other words you won't receive 'ugly' or unusable feathers). Also, our feathers are from mostly jumbo guineas so they are significantly larger than what you would buy at a craft store, even our 'small' feathers are a very decent size.
The feathers have been cleaned using an all natural dry cleaning method so that they retain their shape and fluff, but also lose all the icky dirt.

Please keep in mind that our feathers are collected after being naturally shed from our guineas, we don't pluck them because that would just be mean!
Because these are cruelty free feathers, for larger orders you may have to wait a bit longer if the amount of feathers you need isn't available right away, but feel free to ask if you have a question about availability.
