Dated 1900s , a beautiful short underdress or dress , fit bodice , flared skirt , there is a dusty pink ribbon on the hips ( the ribbon is new and removable)
There is a gorgeous handmade ton on ton embroidery on the bottom of the skirt and a smaller at the top
