The garland made from two (2) layers of translucent pinstriped vellum, is hand punched and machine stitched with festive red thread. This will delight with its 3D display of eighty (80) rows of 1.0inch (or 25mm) diameter scalloped circles. Ends are finished with reinforced discs, eyelet details and red+ white striped baker's twine ties.
