The nerd-girl has dressed it up for date night! This luxurious necklace is made with a 3/4" glass dome, under which is featured Dewey Decimal numbers from vintage library catalog cards. Riding on a 22K gold plated chain, alongside your Dewey call number is a reclaimed (from a vintage necklace) pearly bead, and an organically shaped coral branch (I think some also look like antlers), cast from pewter and plated with gold (silver listed separately). The coral branch charms vary in shape slightly - so expect some differences (like you'd see on real coral!).

Your hardware will be chosen to match, an 18K gold bail, and a coordinating 22K plated 18" long chain, with lobster clasp closure.
You can pick the (general) NON-fiction subject, like art, math, history, or science, and I will select the book/number for you, and will include the card the numbers were cut from so you know what book you're "wearing." Put your subject selection and metal finish (gold or silver) preference in the "notes to seller" at check out. If you do not pick a subject, I will select a card for you at random, but you can be sure it will be one fantastic book!

I use a water resistant epoxy, but since one element of this necklace is paper, you should remove it before bathing or swimming.
