SHIPPING (PLEASE READ)
Items will ship within 5-10 business days unless otherwise noted. Items shipped in the U.S. will ship USPS priority mail (2-3 day delivery).
International items ship first class. Basic International shipping has no tracking ability! We are not responsible for lost international packages. We will only be able to provide you with a postal receipt with standard USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. We will either work something out, or you can return the item for a refund or exchange. I am always happy to exchange rings for a different size at any point. I want all of my clients to be happy with their Colby June Jewelry! If you decide on a return, wrap the item as carefully as it was delivered to you so that there is no damage. Shipping costs are not refundable.
