Well you caught me... I was rummaging through an antique shop and found a huge amount of yardage of this linen. It was manufactured in England, has a very soft hand and is even preshrunk! Believe it or not (chuckling) I have a lot of vintage doilies to choose from to embellish my creations.
This pillow would look lovely for the holidays....the crochet piece not only looks like a star, but also a snowflake. I used white, vintage buttons to close the pillow and a 18 x 18 pillow form fits inside. I used the same linen for the back of the pillow.
