My choice of fabrics for this quilt has been predominantly solid fabrics (Robert Kaufman Kona Cottons) offset with a 100% cotton pure organic solid white fabric as well as an array of striped fabrics.
The back of the quilt features a white polka dot print (some with a dainty red and blue floral design) on a light blue background. This backing fabric is a 100% pure organic print the quality of which is exceptional.
The finished quilt measures 40.5 inches x 50.5 inches* and would make a delightful throw, bed cover, or couch cozy, and would look equally gorgeous draped over the end of the bed, or over a chair. The perfect gift for a loved one including a child. Indeed, this quilt is a very manageable size for toddlers and children, allowing them to adjust, carry and drag the quilt as needed, from bed quilt to picnic blanket, cubby house shelter or wherever else their imagination may take it.
The quilt binding has been machine stitched for extra durability.
This quilt is fully machine washable in warm water and although line drying is preferred, it may also be tumble dried.
This quilt is new and unused, it was made and is kept in a smoke-free home.
* Please be sure to get out your tape measure to help visualize the actual size of the quilt to avoid any disappointment.
