Gorgeous Antique Large Antique Cheese Dish Lidded, this piece is unmarked, so my best guess would be that it was made in England or Germany. Gilt is worn, it has an ancient 1" long, dark chip out of the underneath footing of the tray, so it's never seen as it sits. This porcelain dish is showing cleaning crazing and age related scuffs and bruises, but just sings a wonderful old song!
Measures: Tray 8.5/7.5" Top is 7/5.5 and runs 4" to 2.5" on the low end. One of the largest cheese dishes I have seen yet!
All over, for the age, this set is in good vintage condition.
