Made of merino wool and jute with cotton-poly pompom accents and Navajo churro wool* warp. The outer edge is scalloped and adorned with pretty decorative beads and woolly goldenrod tassels. Basket colors include: muted goldenrod; orange, grape, magenta and red; earthy jute; pine and spring greens.
This one-of-a-kind fiber art piece would be a lovely addition to any art-lover's home.
Diameter = 7"; height = approx. 3"
Listing is for the bowl shown in photos above; sorry, kitty not included ;)
* For the warp, tassels, and top area of the basket I used local Navajo churro wool, natural dyed and hand spun by artist Ishikawa Zuni of Wanowa Studio, Flagstaff, Arizona.
