A striking mid 1920s over tunic, this pieces is black chiffon with dark old gold metallic allover embroidery, green wool woven border and deep black knotted fringe. The neck, shoulders and short sleeves have metallic lace to finish them off. This drops over the head, with no closures.

CB Neck to Hem : 32 ½“ plus 10” fringe.
Condition: Very Good. There are five to six 1/16” - 1/8” or smaller holes scattered through out. There is a well done mend in a square shape as shown . With a dark slip, these will not show. There is a 1/16“ hole at the left shoulder and the couched metallic thread is loose or missing as shown at both shoulders, and just a bit is gone at the right underarm.
