The heart is approximately 3/8" (9.5 mm) wide. The sterling silver chain is length adjustable between 16" - 18" or 18" - 20" (about 46 - 51 cm), so you can change its length to accessorize different clothes. (If you'd like the chain shorter just let me know, leave me a note at checkout.)
If you do not choose the length of the chain, we will send 18" - 20" chain.
