As much as I love large statement jewelry, I also like to wear delicate pieces that I often wear to balance my bigger ones. Another draw to smaller pieces is the ability to wear them with everything and in every situation. This sterling silver and 14k solid gold necklace for instance can be worn dressed up or even while doing yoga. I handcut, formed and soldered the gold circle and then gave it a hammered texture. My design combines the classic gold circle with a darkened charcoal sterling silver chain. This pairing creates an edgier, yet delicate everyday necklace.
