A sweet treat for your next paper crafting project, these cupcake wrappers are "frosted" with layers of white tulle and topped with a silver diamond brad.
You will receive two Cupcake Poppies, each measuring about 2.75". You will also receive four wool felt leaves, each measuring about 1.5". These whimsical embellishments have a bit of natural lift, but you can easily adhere them flat to your projects with your favorite adhesive.
