although this petticoat is marked a size medium, the drawstring waist is missing the elastic. i have threaded through a candlelight-cream satin ribbon and left plenty of length at the ends. actually i think it works great because it will now fit a size super-small to an XXL.
petticoat is super poofy with a double layer ruffle and is in fantastic condition: clean, fresh, with no issues other than the missing drawstring.
length is approximately 22" long.
