I applied brass grommets to the bag,made the thick drawstring and laced it through them. I then added grommets one each end of the drawstring so it doesn't come out. Just fill it up and tie it!
I crocheted the bag all in a tight stitching so nothing falls out.
It measures approx 11 inches tall by 9 inches wide (will give a little) Nice and roomy with a round bottom.
Would be great as a market tote or a beach bag.
To maintain the shape and life of this bag, i would recommend to wash by hand in cool water (no bleach) & let air dry.
Please be advised: The grommets are solid brass. The package did not say anything about discoloration over time, and i have no knowledge if or when they may or may not tarnish or cause any discoloration to the bag. I take no responsibility if this should occur.
Do not allow children to play with this bag as the drawstring , and or grommets may pose a choking hazard.
Do not purchase if you are allergic to brass.

This and future bags will be one of a kind since colors will be determined on availability, and I do not have a pattern. I make it up as I go along.
