Ladies and gentleman of Etsy: if you have arrived here by way of my Featured Seller article then thank you – I am glad that your small glimpse into my soul has not scared you away for good. Better yet, I hope that by reading my quaint interview you have gotten to know me a bit – in an internet sort of way – and I hope that you now feel like a good friend to me, the sort of good friend that buys many, many lamps from the friends of theirs that happen to have lamp shops on Etsy. Such as this one right here : )
Thanks so much for your visit and your support – Luke Lamp Co. would still just be a scribbled idea in one of my tattered pocket notebooks if it wasn't for all you wonderful folks.
Here one of my most popular lamps: vintage teal or clear glass telegraph insulators have been repurposed as minimalist lamps. With a low profile rubber base and a standard candelabra bulb within (included!) these lamps glow beautifully and will complement most any decor. Each lamp stands approximately 5" high and are about 4" in diameter.
When turned off (with an inline switch partway down the cord) the teal lamp is a gorgeous teal blue color; when turned on it glows a beautiful yellow green; the clear lamp glows a warm shade and as you can see in the photos these look great even when turned off.
When you order please specify your color preference! Each insulator is slightly different so I will be sure to send you a picture of your exact lamps before I ship.
Message me with any questions – I strive for prompt and reliable communication and service every time.
