Oceanna embodies a wise and tranquil spirit. All other mermaids come to her for advice and inspiration. Her uniqueness can’t help but draw attention and makes for a wonderful conversation piece. She has been signed on the back by the artist.
Oceanna measures 9" high x 7" wide (at the tallest and widest points). She has a strong clay hanger built in to the back, which enables her to hang very nicely, and she will do so best on a large nail or screw. The back has been finished nicely with a felt backing which makes is scratch-proof for the wall. (See 4th photo down) Although Oceanna is made of kiln-fired clay (making her waterproof), due to her added embellishments, she will do better hung inside or on a porch where rain and snow or excess sun will not affect those embellishments.
Oceanna would make a delightful and original gift for a beach bride or anyone who loves the sea or is enamored with mermaids. Just lovely.
She will arrive beautifully wrapped for gift-giving in silk, organza ribbon and fish netting with a seashell adornment. She will also be very well wrapped for safe delivery, A tag is included giving details about the artist and the story of Oceanna.
