This is just for the belt made to size, the whole costume is in another listing in my shop as well as Pizzazz and Jerrica. The belt is velcro fastened and lined, with blue accents on the front just like Jem's in the drawing. It is made to sit right at your waist like all 80's fashions, please let me know your waist size or where on your high hip you'd like the belt to lay.
