A pure Wool Felt is easy to take care of. A Merino Wool Felt is stain and soil retardent by nature.If you feel it needs cleaning or taking out a stain; this is what to do:

1. Use a dust roller to take of any lint.
2. Vacuum with a clean, soft brush
3. Spot clean with very little water & very little amount of mild
detergent.Work from outside towards inside the spot.Use a
clean rag to absorb liquids.Keep the cleaning process as dry
as possible
4. To freshen up your Wool Felt, simply hang it outside to air out
for a couple of hours.

I received the bag last month. It's a bit smaller than I thought, but I think I meant to buy the laptop bag instead of the iPad bag. The red stripe was in the middle of the bag, not on the bottom. Be aware it may look different, but it is gorgeous. The quality is outstanding, and Sylvie is a joy to work with. I am definitely going to be buying from this company again!
