the bartonsville covered bridge met it's demise during hurricane irene this summer. You may have seen the picture on the news of this wonderful old covered bridge being swept away by the river. There is a picture included of the site after the bridge with nothing there. so sad but yet amazing. The bridge stood strong since 1805 and the date is stitched on the sign over the mouth of the bridge. The piece is 11" long and 16.5" wide and has triangles on the back for hanging with a dowel . It is going to be at the Chandler holiday bazaar in Randolph for purchase starting in late November. Feel free to email me with details on this one or I could make another:-) for you.
