From the 1960's or 70's, this Mid Century Electric Fireplace will keep you warm & toasty (in theory anyway!) all winter long. Winter is in high gear and what better way to enjoy your hot chocolate than in front of a crackling fire? If you don't have a fireplace or have a faux fireplace, this burning set of firewood will have your room glowing!
While this set does not emit any heat, the aluminum foil on the backside spins around and around creating a shimmering flickering flame glowing effect - simulating the real thing! All of this with none of the hard work of chopping & stacking wood, cleaning the flue and none of the dangers of an op;en fire around the little ones.
Made of all wood and measures approx. 20" x 9.5" x 7.5". The fire glows through a plastic window which illuminates when on. Doesn't seem to be any holes in the plastic. Turns on & off by a toggle switch. Hardware looks to be replaced and newer. Red bulb is included so once received, just plug it in and enjoy!
