The dress is in perfect condition, we just have too many dresses in our small studio!
This glamorous gown was inspired by a Vionet creation from the 1930′s. It was meant to be a study in bias cutting, and seam placement, but the dress turned out so beautifully that we had to put it in the collection!
The silk charmeuse gown is unique in that it can easily adjust sizes to fit a range of body types. The straps cross and tie in a bow in the back which makes them adjustable. By changing the length of the straps in the back it can be made it low and revealing, or high enough to cover a strapless bra. The front bust is flattering for both small and larger busts, and we have even seen this look amazing on a pregnant bride.
The belt buckle is a custom made piece by my sister (Spark Jewellery), and is made specifically to match the colour of the dress. Speaking of colour, this dress is available in a range of colours. It is shown in Champagne: we also have copper, black, Blush pink, light yellow and of course Ivory.
