Seascape Ring

Originally inspired by topographical maps, but the end result does resemble an oyster. No laser cutting was used in its construction.For the original piece, each layer of the oyster was cut from a sheet of metal then filed to shape then welded together. All reproductions are made through lost wax process. The colors are produced through oxidation and always turn out different.
