This twirl skirt is fun, full and playful while staying lady-like and fashionably fabulous.
This design is a double layered twirl skirt made from designer cotton fabric. The bottom layer is lining with a ruffle along the edge that is shown underneath. The top, outer layer, consists of a base fabric with accent fabric and edged with bias tape. Waist band has 3/4" elastic for comfort and an attached belt to be tied in a bow on the back.
*If ribbon is not wanted let me know.
All items are made from the best designer 100% cotton fabric. All seams are double zigzag and topstitched for extra strength.
