In lovely clean condition! I power steam all my hats so they are clean & sanitized.
Has a Large Black Velvet Flower that has a centre Piece of Rhinestone, Faux Pearl and green leaves that set it all off. Fitted inside cap but you will need a hat pin to hold it on.
Hat is 14 inches wide, 12 inches from front to back. Front brim is 4 inches and back brim is 1 inch, side brims are 4 1/2 inches. Flower is 4 inches, rhinestone centre piece is 1 1/2 inches.
Circumference of inside head fitting cap is 20 1/2 inches. It is worn slightly to the back so measure that way.
Necklace is not included.
