During the first snow of 2009, I longed to capture the somber mood of Arlington Cemetery. I stood along the perimeter fence line just taking in the historical respect of all of those lost and, at eye level, focused on a split balance of snow and tree line that seemed to lay the perfect foundation for our service members. Forever grateful, in spite of the harsh conditions, this shot made me feel as though each representative was not forgotten and stood tall, dedicated, and forever committed to their mission in protecting and looking out for the best of the United States of America. Such a rare populous.
The print will be sent to you unmatted, unframed, and in a protective sleeve ensuring it reaches you in the best condition. The pictured frame is the Rippa Frame from IKEA, an inexpensive solution for a modern design.
