Fully lined and made with three rows of very full gathered and edged ruffles.
This is a full panty/diaper cover with elastic cased waist and elastic leg openings. The rolled edge on leg openings creates another sweet ruffle.
All ruffles are serged with a narrow rolled edge.
Upon request, topped off with a bow, color of your choice, or pretty handmade satin rose (several colors of roses are available - white, ivory, pink, red, lavender, yellow, blue).
All bows are safety pinned on for easy removal for washing or color change.
Roses are sewn on.

All Sassy Pants shipped in the U.S. are mailed with USPS prioirty mail and are packaged in boxes.
Each order includes delivery confirmation/tracking.
International orders are shipped USPS first class and tracking is not available. International orders do seem to take longer to receive due to customs.
