All of our items are stamped by hand, one letter and number at a time, and is meant not to look perfect and machine made, so the letters might not be perfectly straight or centered. (this doesn't mean I don't try to center the wording and keep it straight, just that it's handmade, and a little crookedness adds character.)
My turnaround time is posted in my shop announcement at http://spiffingjewelry.etsy.com, and is usually about 1 week. (It varies depending on our volume of orders.)
