**ITEM DETAILS**
The lightweight balls on this garland will be left unknotted (despite what the photos show) on coffee-dyed twine, so you can position them as you see fit. They're easy to slide and they stay where you put them. If you space them about 6" apart, they'll evenly fill the six-foot string. I covered each of these balls by hand, so each one is unique. Yours will be very similar to the one shown.
* 12 lightweight paper-mache and clay balls

**CARE OF YOUR GARLAND**
I've sprayed each ball with a moisture-resistant, UV-protective, acrylic sealant, but bottom-line, this garland is made with paper and paper+water=bad news. That being said, I left mine out in a severe thunderstorm and it looks none the worse for wear, so don't stress out too much. Also, though this garland makes great nursery decor, please display it out of reach of small children.
**PACKAGING AND SHIPMENT**
This garland comes packaged in a clear plastic sleeve, with a Palimpsestic label. On request, I can ship in a string-wrapped gift box with shredded paper fill. Just specify "Gift Box" in the Notes to Seller when you check out. All garlands are shipped via USPS within 3-5 days.

**A NOTE ABOUT MY MAPS**
I rely on the serendipity of thrift stores and garage sales for most of my maps. When I'm looking for a specific map, I purchase the lowest condition copy available from a dealer. I never use new or collectible-quality materials in my map banners or garland.
