This delicate original watercolor has beautiful color and detail. It was inspired by the lavender in my garden on a warm, hazy fall day. I think you will almost be able to smell the soothing scent that this painting evokes. This original watercolor measures 5 x 7 inches and is painted using artist's watercolors and india ink on aquabord. It is sealed to protect the vibrant colors and does not need to be framed with glass like traditional watercolors. It comes with a beautiful copper wire easel designed and handmade by my husband. My watercolor paintings are original, one-of-a-kind paintings. The single hand-painted cards are also one-of-a-kind. I will occasionally paint similar subjects, but I do not paint multiples of the same painting.
