So soft from many washing they are colour fast and comfy. All edges, top, hand and thumb are serged to retain shape and cut down on the bulk you find in a fold over seam or heavy knit binding. To keep your mitts clean just machine wash and dry. I recommend putting them in a mesh laundry bag to wash so one of them does not follow the odd sock to where ever odd socks go.
This pair fits a ladies medium to medium/large and can be worn straight up or scrunched down. A white cotton knit with white serged edges for the longer base mitt. The over mitt is washed turquoise with pale multicolor serged edges. Bracelets are mounted on copper, bronze or brass wire and are art glass beads and crystal beads. Fabric is up cycled/recycled and the beads are new, orphans and odd balls left over from other commissions. You may not receive the exact bracelets shown but you will receive three that compliment the turquoise and white colors.
Top to bottom length 10.5 inches. Top to thumb cut out 7 inches. Thumb cut out to bottom palm hem 1.25 inches. Around top edge [arm] 9.5 inches will stretch to 11 inches. Around palm edge 8 inches, will stretch to 9. Wrist is slightly narrower by .75 of an inch. All measurements are approximate as the fabric does stretch. These measurements are for the white under mitts, the washed turquoise mitts are slightly wider and shorter to layer properly. Bracelets range from 8.25 to 9 inches in length and have self metal [brass, bronze or copper] hook closure.
