Each hat and ears are handmade by me. There is a stretch cord/string attached just like any party hat you would buy from a store. From a smoke-free & pet-free home
Approximate hat measurements: 6 1/4in by 4 3/8in (without ears)/ 6 1/4in by 9 3/8in with ears attached.

If you have a specific number of hats that you need made for your child's special day please do not hesitate to contact me here or by email. The more you order the cheaper they are.I can do specific colors as well. If need be I can make other colors as well.
