All parcels are shipping by registered priority mail. It's cannot be lost. If you haven't recieve your parcel within 30 days - let me know and I'll start checking on a post office.
PLEASE NOTE - I CAN'T BE RESPOSABLE FOR CUSTOMS PROCESS IN YOUR COUNTRY. IF CUSTOMS KEEP YOUR PARCEL TOO LONG - YOU SHOULD TO UNDERSTAND THAT IT'S NOT SELLER'S FAULT, RIGHT?
To USA, Australia, New Zeland delivery time is usualy 12-30 days.
To EU - 1-2 weeks plus-minus 2 days.
I will refound you if you haven't recieve your parcel by my fault (I wrote wrong address for example).
Or item was damaged on a way to you (in this case take a picture of item and send it to me ).
If you gave me wrong shipping address and parcel will be returned to me - I will send it again only after you pay for this second delivery.
If your parcel never arrived to you - I can start investigation on my post office only in a 30 days since date of shippment. DON'T ASK ME TO REFOUND YOU BEFORE I GOT AN OFFICIAL RESULT FROM POST SERVICE! Becasue your item might be delayed on a customs and you will get it a lil later
