2. Personalization – Name, Monogram or Initial and title - spelled exactly the way you want it embroidered (e.g. Capital + lowercase letters or all capital letters). If you spell the name all in capital letters, that is how the name will be embroidered. If personalizing with a monogram, please enter the initials in the following order: First initial, Last initial (larger initial in the center), Middle initial and indicate you want the Mongram style. If personalizing with initial, please enter the initials n the following order First, Middle, Last (all letters same size) and indicate Initial style.

Color thread choice - any color of your choice (indicate light pink, hot pink, Carolina blue, baby blue, royal blue, gold, purple, light purple, dark purple, yellow, green, lime green…you get the gist…). Otherwise, coordinating colors for the bag will be used. Please indicatedress color and trim on dress color choice, & hair color (light brown, dark brown, black or yellow). The default skin color thread is flesh (faint pink) and the hair is light brown unless otherwise requested by the buyer.

Shipping is via the UPS. Packages will be shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving payment. We only ship within the United States and Canada. If you disagree with the shipping terms or handling fees, please do not bid on the item.
UPS is the only delivery method for packages shipped to Canada. The shipping fee is only the cost for us to mail you the item(s). Any brokerage or duty fees/taxes imposed by your Canadian Gov't must be paid by you, the buyer, upon delivery of the goods. These are fees not collected by us, the seller, but is a tax imposed by your govt in order for you to accept international items. If you disagree with the international shipping terms, please do not purchase the item. We have no control over the brokerage/duties & taxes fees that UPS mandates collection for prior to delivery.
