A frieze is a pieze of art/decor added to walls or buildings to give it an extra glamour. Many castles and offical buildings in France have this type of decor.
The artwork is made of cast plaster in a floral design. It does not have a hook or any way to hang it up.

Condition:
It is old, has quite a lot of dirt and there are a lot of marks. There are also a LOT of chips where the first layer has chipped off.It is discoloured.
