Stunning flame birch french rolling pins....Do you love to work in your kitchen with tools that not only are pleasing to use when you are rolling out a great pastry or your favorite cookie, pasta dough but work easily and do the job they were made to do. These tapered pins are also wonderful to look at in use or when they are stored on your counter, almost glow and feel soft and warm to the touch. These are just the best pins for making pastry... gently nudges your dough into a circle, barely disturbing it, keeping the pastry light and flakey. If you have watched the movie 'Julia Julia' you will know.....

Turned one at a time, sanded to a smooth sheen..Carefully carved and finished ends. Then they are rubbed and burnished with sunflower oil bringing out the best in the flame figured birch. Food safe oil/beeswax topcoat to finish and buff. Just wipe with a damp cloth after use and rub dry.

Yours will be crafted from the same species of beautifully figured wood, being a one woman show I cannot take a photo of every one I make. Each and every pin is an original, turned and finished by hand, one at a time, by me.
