MADE TO ORDER - Classic trilby hat seamlessly wet felted by hand in natural wools to a template designed in house by our very own Trotterton. It is shaped and blocked by hand - no hatblock. We use hot water, olive oil soap and wool to make it - nothing else but the power of our hands.

Whether you would like the brim 'straight edge' or 'kronky edge' - i.e. trimmed and re felted or left in the natural crinkly formation of the felt. See pics or contact us for more info!

The hat will be finished with a wooden button, one of our own handmade ones, hand tooled from a rescued branch of a plum tree from a local mini orchard, finished in natural waxes and oils.

All our wool is ethically sourced. All wool products are finished in TanTech felting finish wash to add essential oils and lanolin to prevent pilling and to deter moths.

Everything posted to the UK is posted First Class Recorded which is reflected in the postage price. Everywhere else is posted standard airmail at your own risk. If you want recorded airmail or International Signed For please contact us first and we will arrange the correct price.
