vintage Czech earrings / 1940s jewelry / ELDERBERRY

A beautiful pair of late 1930s-early 1940s Czech glass earrings. The earrings have a spray of three dark purple marquise-shaped stones spaced with four lilac-colored chatons. All of the stones are hand-set and secured with prongs. The larger stones are foil-backed for extra sparkle. The setting is brass and closure is screw back. All stones are present and original to the earrings. Some tarnish to the brass but overall appearance is excellent.
