This piece has a base of two toned grey and white crochet with decorative work at the top and bottom.
The piece has been been lavishly embelished with tattered couture ruffled white cotton and hand stitched free form flora in blue and lilac organza and muslin. Strips of black tulle and blue fabric are tied with larks head knots to the bottom of the neck abobe to crochet lops to create a fly away tattered effect.
Pearl effect white bead trim had been looped and stitched around a section of the neck and the entire creation is tied at the front or the back with two large white ribbon ties with vintage and mother of pearl tattered couture buttons at the neck.
