The mother of pearl button is white, shining, and thick--this is an old one. It has a pattern of circles carved into its surface. On top of that is a black and white china stencil button--dating to the late 1800s to early 1900s; this button has a design of half circles and dots around the edge. Finally comes a small vintage faceted black glass button or bead.
The pendant is 1 1/4 inches (3.2 cm), and the bail is silver plate. It hangs from a black leather cord with a silver plate lobster claw clasp. The cord is 22 inches long (56 cm), but can be lengthened or shortened on request.
