This is the perfect party dress; it's both insanely comfortable and chic. I've made this from vintage crushed velvet fabrics. The majority of the dress is white/beige crushed knit velvet with stretch. The neckline has pleated, and gathered autumn green velvet around its entirety. The silhouette of this garments is very interesting, in that it has a cowl on each side of the dress. The white fabric is semi-sheer and I would recommend wearing this with nude colored under garments, or a slip of some sort. This garment is serged for a professional finish and durability.

This would best fit a SMALL or MEDIUM.

-Armpit to Armpit: 19 inches
-Waist: Open
-Hem Width: 20.5 inches
-Length (shoulder seam to bottom): 31 inches
-Tank Width: 2 inches
