Paper flowers made with tea dyed hand punched petals from a French dictionary which was published in the 1880's. Each of the nine layers of papers is individually scrunched into shape while still damp from the tea bath and fastened with a vintage button center. Photo #4 shows an example of the wire fastening on the back of each flower. The wire is the only new material used, so with pride I can say that these flowers are 99% post consumer recycled!

The largest petals measure 3" in diameter before scrunching, so the finished product is a bit less than 3". They are made in a pet friendly, smoke-free environment with care and pride of craftsmanship.

These flowers are sold in sets of three and may differ slightly from those in the photos. Either black or off white buttons are available. Please state your preference in the comments section of your order. I just did a custom order, shown in photo #5 with blue and brown buttons and petals inked to match. If you are interested in a custom order please send a convo. A lovely addition to a gift package, journal, scrapbook, bulletin board, or other project of your choice. You could even add a pin back, hair clip, or magnet to the back!
