How It Works
-Purchase a new pair from your favorite retailer or use a pair of shoes you currently own. (Not only limited to Christian Louboutin styles! Anything goes!)
-You select your crystal color (or colors).
-You purchase a listing for your shoe type.
-After payment please ship your item to Sophie & Ava.
-Upon receipt we will confirm your order details and work will begin.
- In six weeks or less you will receive your shoes fully strassed and ready to wear!
We offer a first owner lifetime warranty on our strassing service. With your completed order a small number of replacement crystals will be included in the rare case you lose one. However if you feel you have lost an excessive amount, we will repair them free of charge for as long as you own the shoes.
