The SKIMPY pattern is available in sizes 8-14 and has has been designed to sit low on the waist with a cut away leg and reduced bottom coverage.
We made our photo sample from a Liberty print floral called Mauvey in pink found at www.tessuti.com.au in Melbourne. Our pattern has been developed for lightweight woven fabrics and we recommend printed cottons or soft cotton blends; small prints work best. For the gusset we used a light and stretchy swimsuit tricot lining

Skills you need
This pattern is suitable for an average sewer and will take only a few hours to complete. Skills required include straight stitching, zig-zag stitch, attaching knicker elastic and hand sewing (slip stitch).
