Red tulle (incorporated with red glitter tulle) attaches to a white crochet top. (The crochet top stretches to about 25 inches around when stretched to its absolute max.) Stretchy red satin ribbon is placed over your infant's shoulders for extra support. Stretchy black grosgrain ribbon acts as a belt around the waist. YOU CAN CHOOSE TO ADORN THE TOP WITH MARABOU FEATHERS FOR NO ADDITIONAL COST. Just let me know at check out if you want them placed on your dress.
**I can also change the top to have black or red satin ribbon that ties around the neck instead of having the straps over the shoulders.

My tutu dresses are made with strips of tulle, and are not one solid piece of fabric. Therefore, all tutu dresses should be worn with a slip, leggings and/or tights and bloomers to ensure 100% coverage.
*Please remember to leave the following information and measurements in the "NOTES TO SELLER" box when placing your order:
1. Age of baby and size of clothing
2. Over The Shoulder Measurement (from front of armpit to back of armpit)
3. Chest Measurement (at widest point--typically, around armpit level)
4. Length Measurement from armpit to where you want the bottom of the dress to fall (measurement will include the crochet bodice) *Note: any dress length over 20 inches long will require an additional fee for the extra tulle required.
If the above info is not included, standard sizing will be used to complete your order.
Please note, due to the bulk of orders received, I need at least 2 weeks to process each order before mailing. (I mail USPS with a 3-5 day shipping expectation if mailed in the US -- assuming there are no travel delays.) You can, of course, always "Rush" an order; you can shorten processing time to 1 week before mailing with the purchase of the "Rush Order Fee" of $15. Listing is found in my shop.
I do not put tracking on the packages (unless requested) and nor do I guarantee their arrival times.
Also note, that all dresses are neatly folded into a bag and placed in a mailing envelope for shipping. If you'd prefer a different packaging method for an additional fee, please contact me at time of purchase.
